Types of personal data collected
Your “personal data” means any information relating to you as a natural person that allows you to be identified, directly or indirectly. The personal data that Magnor Realty Group may collect when you browse this website is:
- basic identification data, such as your surname and first names, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, etc.
- technical connection and browsing data, such as the IP address of your device, the date & time of your connection, the pages visited, the characteristics of your browser (type, language, etc.) and of your device (type, resolution, etc.), cookies, etc.
- geographical location data (geolocation),
- publication data, such as your interests, opinions, comments, ratings and messages posted via the site’s forums and community and social features.
Some of the information collected is mandatory in order to achieve the purposes described above; other information is optional. You are always informed whether information is mandatory or optional at the time it is collected. If you do not complete certain mandatory fields, Magnor Realty Group may be unable to provide you with the product or service concerned, or to guarantee its expected quality.

The personal data concerning you that is collected on this website is intended exclusively for use by Magnor Realty Group. It may nevertheless be disclosed:
- to processors engaged by Magnor Realty Group in connection with the performance of its services, for example for the hosting and technical operation of the site, the sending of our newsletter, and the management, processing and payment of your online purchases;

Finally, Magnor Realty Group may be required to disclose personal data concerning you to a third party at the request of the judicial authorities or of any administrative authority empowered by law. It is not disclosed to any other third party.
Some of this website’s providers (Vercel, Formspree, Google) are based in the United States or may process data there. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR: the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies or, failing that, the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Third-party services used by this website
This website uses the following providers. Each one only receives the data it needs to provide its service.
Hosting: Vercel
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States). As with any website, the server receives the technical connection data (IP address, browser, page requested) needed to display the pages and keep them secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a reliable and secure website. Vercel’s privacy policy.
Forms: Formspree
The contact, viewing-request and valuation forms are sent through Formspree, Inc. (United States), which forwards them to us by email. Formspree receives the information you enter (first and last name, email address, phone number, message and, for a valuation, the details of your property) as well as technical data (IP address, browser) used to filter out abusive submissions. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. Formspree’s privacy policy.
Audience measurement: Google Analytics
Only if you click “Accept” on the “Audience measurement” banner do we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to see which pages are read and improve the website. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no measurement cookie is set. Advertising consent always remains refused: no data is used for advertising.
Data concerned: pages viewed, length of the visit, referring website or search engine, type of device and browser, approximate city or country. Google Analytics 4 does not record IP addresses. Cookies set: _ga and _ga_…, for up to 2 years. Statistics are kept in Google Analytics for no more than 14 months. Legal basis: your consent.
Your choice is kept in your browser for 6 months. You can change it at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page: if you decline, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. Google’s privacy policy.
Weather: Open-Meteo
The home page shows the current weather in Luxembourg using the Open-Meteo service (Switzerland). Your browser contacts this service directly for the location of Luxembourg City, not yours: no cookie is set and the address of the page you are reading is not sent. As with any connection to a server, Open-Meteo receives your device’s IP address. The answer is kept in your browser for 15 minutes to avoid repeated requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing practical information about Luxembourg. Open-Meteo’s terms and privacy.
Cookies and local storage
Apart from Google Analytics, and only with your consent, this website sets no cookies. It stores a few technical details in your browser that it needs to work and that are never sent to us: your audience-measurement choice (6 months), the language you chose (French or English), the weather shown (15 minutes) and, for the length of your visit, the state of the page-transition animations. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Retention periods for your personal data
Your personal data collected and processed by Magnor Realty Group will be kept only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing concerned, or to comply with a legal obligation imposed by applicable legislation. Accordingly, Magnor Realty Group will retain:
- for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the business relationship, data processed for the purposes of direct marketing, marketing campaigns and/or the promotion of the offers of Magnor Realty Group and its partners;
- for a maximum of 10 years from the end of the business relationship, data relating to contractual matters (contracts, guarantees, claims, debt recovery & litigation, etc.) or accounting matters (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, etc.).
Protection of your personal data
Magnor Realty Group implements appropriate and reasonable security measures, having regard to the risks presented by the processing, in order to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and any other form of unlawful processing.
All employees and processors of Magnor Realty Group who have access to your personal data in the course of their duties are bound by strict professional confidentiality. They access only the data they need to perform their tasks and regularly receive awareness-raising or training on the compliance and security rules applicable to your personal data.
Your rights
Insofar as Magnor Realty Group processes your personal data, you have the following rights at any time, within the limits laid down by law:
- to access your personal data (to know which data has been collected and processed and to obtain a copy of it), to request its rectification if it is inaccurate or incomplete, and its erasure if it is out of date;
- to object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds (in particular for direct marketing purposes);
- where the relevant conditions are met, to request the restriction of the processing of your data or its permanent erasure (right to be forgotten);
- to request a copy of the personal data you have provided to Magnor Realty Group in a structured format (portability), unless this right adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others;
- to request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, where that decision produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. You may also request information about the logic involved in such processing, contest it and request that it be reviewed by a natural person;
- to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on consent.
You may exercise any of these rights free of charge by contacting us:
- by email at the following address: info.realty@magnorgroup.com

So that we can respond to your request and to prevent identity theft, a copy of both sides of a valid identity document must be enclosed with your letter. Magnor Realty Group undertakes to respond within a maximum of one month of receiving your duly completed request.
